💕 𝙰𝚌̧𝚊𝚒̨ 𝚋𝚘𝚠𝚕 :) 💕 Ingredients 1 banana 2 Tbsp of açaí powder 1/2 cup of blueberries 1/2 cup of raspberries/blackberries 1/2 cup of strawberries 1/4 cup of almond milk or more depends on desired consistency Optional- Tbsp of any nut butter Scoop of protein powder Put in all of your Ingredients in your blender pulse until most chunks are smooth the go to high and stop you might need to push the smoothie down a couple of times to get it to blend depends on blender but keep going until smooth the more liquid you add the less thick it will be and if you add to much it will be like a normal smoothie, keep blending and gradually lower to low once you reach desired consistency it could take anywhere from 4 to 10 minutes it’s time for toppings! Thanks to quarantine I’ve tried many different banana bread recipes, this BLUEBERRY BANANA BUCKWHEAT BREAD 🍞 🍌 is hearty, healthy, and delicious!! Loaded this bread w/ a lot of fiber, protein, and that natural banana sweetness 😋 this recipe would be a great one to pack ahead for protests for on the go energy. ••• Recipe below 👇🏼 ☼ pre heat oven to 350 F. In a bowl mash 3 spotty bananas, add 1/4 cup applesauce, 1tbsp chia seeds, 1/4 cup almond milk, 1 tsp vanilla, 1/4 cup coconut sugar or monk fruit sweetener. ☼ in another bowl mix 1 1/4 cup rolled oats, 3/4 cup buckwheat flour, 1/2 cup coconut flour ( or sub oat), 3 tsp baking powder, 1/4 tsp salt, + 1-2 tsp cinnamon. Pour wet in to dry and mix well, fold in blueberries, and optional walnuts. ☼ pour in to 8x4 baking pan, I topped with cacao nibs and sunflower seeds. (yields 1-2 servings)⁣ Ingredients:⁣ ~ 1 zucchini, spiralized⁣ ~ 2 cups veggie stock/broth⁣ ~ 2 stalks lemongrass (white part), pounded⁣ ~ 3 slices galangal⁣ ~ 2 lime leaves⁣ ~ onion slices (as preferred)⁣ ~ 2 Thai chilis, chopped⁣ ~ 2 tablespoons vegan 'fish' sauce ~ 1 teaspoon coconut sugar⁣ ~ 1/2 - 1 tablespoon Tom Yum/red chili paste⁣ ~ 1/2 cup heirloom tomatoes, halved⁣ ~ 1/2 cup Bella mushrooms, halved ~ 4oz pan-fried firm tofu⁣ ~ salt to taste, lime juice, coconut milk, chopped cilantro⁣ ⁣ In a 2-quart pot, bring the veggie stock to boil, then add in lemongrass, galangal, onion slices, chilis & lime leaves. Place lid over, turn heat to low & let simmer for 10 mins until aromatic. Season with tom yum/chili paste, 'fish' sauce, coconut sugar & salt (add lime juice for a tangier soup). Add in tomatoes, mushrooms, tofu & continue to cook for another 2mins until mushrooms are fully cooked through over low-med heat. Finally, add in the desired coconut milk (I used 1/4 cup) & turn off the heat.⁣ To serve, place zucchini noodles in a bowl & ladle warm soup over. If you prefer fully cooked zucchini noodles, add them in soup & cook for 30 secs before serving. Healthy Vegan Cookie Ingredients ·  1 cup natural peanut butter ·  1/3 cup melted coconut oil ·  1/3 cup cocoa powder ·  1/3 cup honey ·  2 tsp vanilla ·  2 cups quick oats ·  Melted chocolate for drizzling (1 tsp coconut oil with 1/2 cup chocolate chips melted in 30 second increments in microwave) Method In a large sauce pan, heat peanut butter, coconut oil, and cocoa powder over medium heat. Once melted, turn off heat and add in honey and vanilla. Stir in oats. Let batter chill in fridge for 30 minutes. Form into cookie shape and drizzle with melted chocolate.
