1 April 20 Didn't overdose on nuts but didn't omit them either😋🤤. Ketones were strong today, not sure how they get to this level. I don't do anything different and I guess I eT similar things everyday. Anyway, I'm not complaining, I like seeing good numbers, just not sure what it does to my body and how it affects me. I don't really feel a difference but at least mentally, it stabilises me knowing my body uses it for fuel and the fat burning process is 🤘🤘 ACV water and black coffee 13:00 Lunch same salad base, kai lan, bok choy, avocado, nutritional yeast, tahini. Edamame beans, mug cake, coffee. Snacks: Nuts, more nuts. Kim chi, pickled onions, jalapeños, romaine lettuce. Coffee. 19:30 Dinner. Variety of stirfried mushrooms, kai lan, choy sum, French beans, morning glory, broccoli, tofu bake. Home made Apple Almond Tarte for the non vegans. 3step process. Not difficult but patience required. Not my virtue😜. Oversized clothing is a favorite of mine when not feeling the greatest. Fun fact, this pullover was purchased the day of my college graduation. A size 2xl that wouldn’t even go on past my shoulders at the time. It was the largest they had, and wanted to buy one last piece of DVC gear as it was soon to change to DVU. It was a long shot goal, and basically just figured it would be a keepsake that would never actually be a size I could wear. Składniki: - 1.2 kg ugotowanych ziemniaków w mundurkach - 1 szklanka mąki pszennej, - 2 łyżki ciecierzycy - 1 brokuł ugotowany na miękko - pieprz i sól, słodka papryka - 1 łyżeczka oliwy 1. Ziemniaki gotujemy w mundurkach. Wodę odlewamy i studzimy. Ciepłe obieramy i przeciskamy przez praskę. Łączymy z mąką, brokułem i ciecierzycą. Jeśli wyjdzie zbyt gęste ciasto to dodajemy odrobinę wody lub oleju. 2. Odzielamy porcję ciasta i wałkujemy wałkiem. Odrywamy lub odkrajamy nożem kawałki ciastka wielkości palca 3. Kopytka wrzucamy do gorącej i OSOLONEN wody. Gotujemy 2 minuty do wypłynięcia. Podajemy z oliwą i nerkowcami. Fajnie dorzucić jakieś białaczko. Około 300 kcal w 100g porcji warzywnych kopytek. Add the zucchini, tomato paste, cumin, and continue to sauté for a couple minutes more until the veggies soften.
