Preheat oven to 375F (190C).⁣ 2. Remove the stems from the mushrooms and chop them up. Place the top half on a baking sheet.⁣ 3. Melt the butter in a pan and add the minced stems and minced garlic. Stir and cook for 2 minutes. Then add the spinach, cook until it wilts.⁣ 4. Add the cream cheese, salt, and pepper. Stir until the cream cheese is melted and everything is well-combined.⁣ 5. Tiramisú a mi manera 😃 ⠀ Me apetecía mucho y decidí improvisar un poco con lo que tenía en casa. ⠀ Para el bizcocho: - 2 huevos - 8 cucharadas de coco rallado - 4 cucharadas de harina de lino - 1 cucharadita de cacao - 150ml de líquido ( leche de coco+ agua) - 1 chorro de nata - edulcorante a gusto ⠀ Mezclar y hacer gofres o tortitas con toda la mezcla. Si tenéis sandwichera, también sirve. ⠀ Para la crema: - 2 huevos - 250g de queso batido - medio sobre de gelatina - edulcorante a gusto Mezclar las yemas con el queso batido y el edulcorante. Montar la claras y mezclar todo con suavidad. ⠀ Para mojar el bizcocho preparé un café descafeinado con 2 sobres de café instantáneo y edulcorante. ⠀ Mojar el bizcocho antes de empezar a montar el tiramisú. ⠀ En el recipiente que más os gusta, poner en la base bizcocho mojado, cubrir con crema y repetir el proceso las veces que haga falta. The pic on the right is a result of years of unhappiness. I'm disgusted with myself for letting myself get there. The pic on the left is now... After I made the decision to take back my life and work on being happy again. It's a shame that it took losing one of the most important people in my life to realize that I needed to actually live and stop going through the motions and letting myself being guilted into staying in a situation I didn't want to be in. Am I where I want to be... No. Do I have challenges still to face...Yes. Will I make it through...I am determined to get there no matter what so I think yeah...I will. Size 2 vs size 10! Things have changed clearly but I'd say overall for the better. Sure I was super healthy and in shape on the left but I had this crazy addiction to the scale. Sometimes I'd weigh myself 5x a day just because I was terrified of gaining weight again. I've always eaten well and never had a bad relationship with food but my relationship with the scale SUCKED. I tossed that baby out when we moved in June and havent bought one since. My body has given me a child and has carried me through so much! Grateful for it.
