27 May 20 Guestimate caloric intake would be 1700 thanks to the peanuts 🤤🥜 . Intermittent fasting ACV water, black coffee . 13:00 lunch - smoothie: chia, flax, hemp, cacao, cinnamon, protein powder, stevia, cauliflower, soy milk (only drank 3/4). Miracle noodles and veggies left over from previous night and added 100g tempeh. Home made soy yoghurt (used a yoghurt maker gifted from a friend. Added soy milk to some store bought yoghurt and kept the machine on for 16 hours). Strained overnight. Sooooo smooth and delicious. . 15:00 - iced decaf with soy milk. Peanuts . 19:00 - remaining 1/4 of my smoothienfrom lunch and added soy milk BC it was so thick. Eggplant, choy sum, cauliflower. Mustard green soup. Edamame beans. . Walked for an hour after dinner with the hubby. Plenty of time away from dreaming about food😆, choosing healthy choices to get back on track. . Intermittent fasting with black coffee and water only. . 13:00 - lunch: choy sum . 14:30 - snack: durian, watermelon, Edamame beans. . 19:00 - hotpot. Lots of veggies. Home made baked mango cheesecake that I did not eat.😁💪💪 Recipe: Cake: 1/2 cup plain flour 1/2 cup almond meal (left over and dehrlydrated from making almond milk) 3/4 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup Greek yoghurt 2 eggs 1 tsp baking powder Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy, add remaining ingredients. Bake 180℃ x 40 min. . Cheese mix - 250g Philadelphia cream cheese 1 cup Greek yoghurt 2 eggs 2 scoops non dairy creamer (BC it was given to me so I just chucked it in) 1/2 cup caster sugar 1 pureed fresh mango 3tbsp corn flour Mix together and sieve to rid lumps. Pour on top of baked cake Bake in hot water bath at 180℃ x 50 min. Cool in oven with door adjar. Refrigerate overnight and decorate before eating with fresh mangoes.

21 May 20 Thank God my intestinal cramping lasted only last night. All good again. . Woke and went to the gym to do a 35 min treadmill brisk walk. In the late afternoon, walked the working site to check on new surroundings and to get off my office chair. Steps were good for a low gym day. . Calories in wasn't low🤷. . Intermittent fasting with usual ACV water and this time, camomile tea. . 13:00 lunch of mixed salad, spinach salad, wood fungus salad. Peanuts 🥜 . 15:00 Snacks crackers with Vegemite, Vegemite bagel chips (junk food), Edamame beans, coffee jelly. . 20:30 Dinner beef and tendon on lettuce, choy sum, bone broth, poached fish, wood fungus and cucumber salad. Shared with the husband. Dessert: durian. So yummy . Hubby is so happy I'm off the keto challenge and the occasional picking at a piece of fish or meat. Edamame beans. Green bean kelp dessert. 16:00 snacks of peanuts, chips, pineapple cocktail bun shared with hubby and iced milk coffee tea mix🤤🐖 19:00. Dinner. Beansprouts, mixed veggies in broth. Spring rolls (only couple bites off hubby's) Dessert: brownie cheesecake 🐖🐖. Have to save durian for tomorrow. Gym, stretching, massage, relaxing, good step counts for the weekend. Didn't burn the calories I inhaled, 🤷 Brownie cheesecake recipe: Melt together 150g butter 3/4 C Brown sugar 1/2 C plain flour 3/4 C cocoa powder 1/4 Tspn baking soda 2 eggs Pinch of salt Bake 180℃ 25 min. Cheesecake: 250g cream cheese 1 C caster sugar 1 C Greek yoghurt 3 eggs Pour on top of brownie. Bake in water bath for 50 min Cool in the oven untouched.
